Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your product. Please email support@cursecount.com to initiate a return and you will be sent the return form.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition. We will refund the purchase price of the item, but we do not refund shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges are only accepted for the same product, if you receive an item in the wrong size, please email us to initiate the exchange process for the correct size.
